General Operatives - Voice Picking - Blanchardstown  The company is a busy logistic and distribution warehouse based in Dublin 15. A well established brand which has been built on reliability and customer satisfaction, with a proven history of internal promotions and training. This is an ongoing role with a fixed roster, there are opportunities for team leader positions and full time contracts. The successful candidate will have voice picking general operative experience and warehouse experience including, packing & loading of light goods, they must be physically fit, have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, be an excellent time keeper, have a proven record of hitting target / pick rates, reliable, ambitious, professional, and well presented & have previous experience in a similar role. You must be available throughout the week for am/ afternoon or night shift and previous experience working as a voice picker would be a distinct advantage.   Voice picking experience  Good level of English Experience in a warehouse environment Have previously worked to pick rates/ targets (not a must but would be an advantage)   The position will include the following tasks: Work as part of a team to optimise workloads General warehouse activities Work in a fast paced environment Load and unload vehicles   The Benefits Weekly Roster Car parking Weekly pay Full training Competitive salary   Our client is currently looking for experienced General Operatives, preferably with voice picking experience. You would be doing voice picking and driving PPT in a busy environment in both normal and cold temperature. The shift is from 2pm to 10pm. Hourly rate: €9.75, after 6 months €10.60 Job Type: Full-time
