Sales and Service Representative (Retail Banking) Picton
Part Time (25 hrs per week), Picton location

Our Picton branch is now recruiting for an energetic, proactive and flexible sales and service professional to work in a customer facing retail bank environment. The key aspects of the role are to carry out sales and service activities, liaise with and help our members with their banking needs and to identify referrals and new opportunities for them to take up IMB’s competitive product offerings. Additionally and importantly is the operational aspects of the role ensuring all activities are conducted in line with IMB’s policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Working in this role will appeal to you if you:

The successful applicant will also need to have:
* Experience in sales and service, preferably in retail or banking
* Honesty and integrity with the ability to diligently follow and adhere to policies and procedures in a highly regulated financial environment
* Cash handling experience and an accurate eye for detail
* An aptitude for technology with proficient computer and keyboard skills
* The ability to work 25 hrs per week over 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Thorough training will be provided and the successful applicant must be prepared to attend training (paid) for 1 week, full time upon commencement, in Wollongong.
