6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Reporting to the Accounting Manager Practice Finance, this is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated, customer orientated and deadline-driven Accounts Assistant to join our successful organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This roles would suit a recent graduate looking to start their finance career.
About the role:
Be the first point of contact and provide exceptional customer service for any finance queries (corporate centre and to our practices)
Data entry of financials
Provide support to the finance team with monthly contractor payments
Provide support to the finance team with month end preparations and reporting
Maintain and process contractor data using PeopleSoft
Ad hoc duties as required by the finance team
About you:
Accounting / Financial qualification or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role desirable
Excellent eye for detail and strong accuracy skills
Ability to work to deadlines and in highly pressured situations
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Fastidious attention to detail and focused on results and outcomes
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge of PeopleSoft would be highly regarded
