Commercial Finance Manager

Background to the role This role will be working closely with a tight-knit high-performing finance team based in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity for an outstanding candidate to work closely with the Commercial Finance Director and EMEA GM Job summary & purpose Weekly KPI reporting of sales, margins & operational costs, reporting against budget/forecast, identifying variances and investigation of same Ability to provide insight and recognise trends in the weekly performance figures Present analytical finding on sales & margin performance, highlighting insights and providing recommendations to Senior and Executive level management. Month-end & quarter end reporting of sales, margins &  operational costs and investigation of variances versus budget/forecast Preparation of ad hoc management information reports for both finance and non-financial for decision making purposes Other ad/hoc project work as and when required Ideal candidate profile Qualified Accountant Minimum 5+ years PQE ideally in a Senior Commercial Accounting role A FMCG background is desirable Strong analytical skills coupled with commercial business awareness. Strong attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative Ability to work under time pressure Strong Communication & Presentation skills Comfortable dealing with Senior Levels of management at Executive and Board level.
