About the opportunity
The Senior Finance Analyst plays a key role in the creation, implementation and facilitation of the financial aspects of Bupa's largest Health Insurance stream. This requires ownership of planning and forecasting, commercial support, data analysis and visualisation and overall BI support. This is an exciting opportunity to be a business focussed Senior Finance Analyst with touch points to various senior level stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly effective communicator, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and couple this with your exceptional financial and commercial acumen
You will be/have:-
Management Reporting:
Understanding, monitoring and communicating trends impacting revenue and expectations across all aspects of revenue streams.
Collaboration with core finance teams for delivering reporting packs to senior level stakeholders.
Provide strategic and project support where required from a revenue perspective.
Lead and deliver the Health Insurance revenue and membership growth operating plan.
Analytics and Visualisation:
Provide analytical support to a wide range of stakeholder groups.
Provide BI support and thought leadership to the team regarding data presentation and visualisation.
Strong experience with data extraction and interrogation, SQL, Tableau, Power BI and strong financial and business modelling will be highly desirable.
Experience:
3+ years' experience in a senior commercial support role.
Strong financial, data and business acumen.
Excellent business partnering and communication skill.
Preferable backgrounds in large and complex environments.
CA/CPA qualified.
