This Store Manager job requires High Street Fashion Retail/ Sports Fashion Management experience within a fast paced volume background. You will be energetic and passionate about retail and be fashion forward to your approach. An ability to think strategically, commercially and operationally Fashion Store Management experience is essential for this job The job of the Store Manager - Kilkenny Responsible for driving the commercial plan across the store Action trading reports and Implement strategic operational direction To analyse weekly and monthly sales versus targets and take corrective actions To work closely with the Purchasing team, Hr team and marketing team with regards to store events, products and people engagement Coach, lead and develop your team to achieve their goals Promote and ensure the highest levels of customer service Ensure the highest standards of Fashion merchandising is maintained at all time Monitor and manage all areas of store costs Manage and achieve all KPIs Demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness Develop company policies, plans and procedures Experience required for the job of Store Manager 2-3 years Retail Store Management experience Fashion or high Street Sports Fashion management experience Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness A proven track record in driving and achieving KPI's Experience in managing teams of 15+ Experience managing a team of €3m+ Salary €36-38 plus benefits For more information please contact Aislinn on 01 8148747 or apply to the link provided F123
