Finance Manager

Opportunity to join this multi-billion dollar technology business with responsibility for the Northern Europe entities.

Description

You'll work closely with the VP of Finance and other divisional line managers to manage the monthly closing of the legal entities and supervising the daily management payable, asset accounting, treasury function, inter-company, expense claims, payroll, tax and General Ledger in adherence to the SOX internal controls framework. In addition to being responsible for preparing statutory accounts for the UK companies and assisting consultants in the preparation of statutory accounts in other Northern Europe countries.

You'll be managing and developing a team of 2, whilst ensuring all processes and procedures are clearly in place for the finance function to run smoothly. Ideally you'll have the ability to implement new processes.

Profile

You'll need great attention to detail, good knowledge of UK GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS along with the ability to work autonomously under remote management.

To be successful in this role and business you'll need an ACA qualification with a Big 4 audit background coupled with relevant experience in an industry and commerce based role.

Strong management skills, excellent communicator, experienced with SAP.

Job Offer

Competitive base salary up to £65,000
