Your other responsibilities will include:Provide a high level of support to our Wenco customers by offering regular feedback on progress of reported events and hardware installationsProvisioning of new customers including installation, configuration and documentation of Windows Server environments, Microsoft SQL Server and Wireless networksDiagnosis of reported issues and document them with the resolution offered in our tracking systemParticipate in providing formal troubleshooting and installation training to our customers, and staying current with your knowledge of our system To be successful in this role you will have these skills:Tertiary degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalentKnowledge and experience with virtualisation products such as the WMWare product suite and citrixHands on experience with the use of scripting to automate tasksExcellent hardware installation, software configuration and commissioning skillsBe experienced in a customer facing role with the ability to build solid relationships and partner with themUnderstanding of networking protocols and technologies (WAN, LAN & Wireless)High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Microsoft Project.
