Customer Care Representative required for Healthcare company

We are currently recruiting a number of Customer Care Advisors in Kilkenny on full time, permanent basis. Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Handling Sales and Retention inbound / outbound calls for New and Existing Customers Profiling our customer requirements in order to offer a health care solution from our range of Vhi Healthcare product suite. Recording all on-going customer contacts and sales activity using our Customer Management System. Meeting and exceeding individual targets. Keeping up to date with Vhi Healthcare products and services, industry trends and competitor activities. Developing and maintaining effective working relationships within the team and with all internal departments.   General Requirements 1 to 2 year's experience in a Sales/Customer Service role Excellent computer skills & proven administration skills Excellent communication & influencing skills Ideally a Third Level Qualification Results focused with a Proven ability to work in a target driven environment A high degree of flexibility, with strong team spirit Highly motivated with an ability to work on ones own initiative Proven ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail Must be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA/ CIP or Dip PMI) or willing to undertake same     Salary €23,000 + plus excellent bens & compensation package   Hours Mon-Fri.
