Equip new staff with everything they need to get up and running with the organisation by preparing information packs and contracts Process payroll for all levels of the organisation Keep the payroll database updated with accurate records Process all benefit in kind as well as tax deductions Liaise with other departments and management sharing insights on your area of responsibility when necessary. Respond to queries from staff on any aspect of payroll What do I absolutely have to have to be considered? 3 years' experience with fast paced high volume payroll IPASS or equivalent Ability to work under pressure Excellent IT skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and confidentiality essential. What would make me Ideal? Ideally, in addition to the above you will also have experience with SAP computer based payroll system, and UK payroll.
