This is a temporary part-time role (25 hours per week) Job Purpose: To complete day to day accounting related duties in an accurate, timely, professional and confidential manner. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Produce weekly financial performance report for three depots • Analyse Truck costings for new and used vehicles • Invoicing Truck sales, Hire, Contracts, Expenses etc. • Register and process Volvo invoices and credit notes • Process Volvo monthly remittances for various revenue streams (Contract, Warranty etc.) • Review and process Volvo FS payments received in relation to Truck sales • Complete month end journals and assist with accounts preparation • Maintain the Vehicle Asset register and depreciation charge monthly • Maintain Easytrip, Eflow and NFD accounts • Track and review costs associated with Irish Commercials internal fleet • Maintain fueltech administration including internal coding and management of fobs • Set up GL codes for sales vehicles and internal fleet vehicles • Review internal invoices and allocate to various departments • Review and check the accuracy of Sublet invoices • Download of monthly Volvo Claims and journal for month end • Participate in training and development programmes as required by the Company • Undertake any other duties or activities as required Skills Profile: • Qualified Accounts Technician or equivalent • Relevant Accounts experience, including experience of Month End Procedures • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Highly organised • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under challenging time constraints • Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks • Competent IT Skills (including Excel, Intermediate level or above)
