Senior Finance Manager - Aircraft Leasing - Shannon Responsibilities: Preparation of annual Statutory financial statements, dealing with statutory audit and interaction with both Irish and International auditors Compile and analyse financial information to prepare the financial statements for year-end audited accounts Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with the relevant accepted policies and procedures Manage adjustments between single entity Irish GAAP accounts and Group US GAAP accounts Preparation of deferred tax calculations for Group accounts Compliance for entity Regulated by the Central Bank as an investment Firm Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities Special projects as required Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) 5 + years PQE ideally with US GAAP & IFRS experience If you are interested in this role please send a CV in confidence to Richie Goggin or contact me on 016377082 to discuss.
