An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused accountant to join a well established business on a 12 month contract

Description

The key responsibilities within this position extend to, but are not limited to:

  • Business Partnering and managing relationships with key areas of the business, particular focus is with the Marketing Director and Sales Director and advising them on the financial outlook
  • Giving full KPI analysis
  • Analysing product performance and profitability
  • Providing insight and analysis on sales performance and trends
  • Reporting all customer P&L performances vs expectations
  • Taking ownership of product performance and providing profitability analysis
  • Taking on additional ad-hoc project based work

Profile

The successful candidate for this position will have:

  • A recognised accountancy qualification
  • Strong modelling skills
  • An analytical mindset
  • Previous experience of working in a commercial environment
  • Excellent communication skills
