The ideal candidate will: * Be able to ensure food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organisation, storage & sanitation of food products * Have a good eye for detail to adhere to and ensure food safety and recipe standards. * Be creative and have passion for innovation * Be flexible in their working hours as the business operates 7 days a week * Have excellent communications skills and be a good team leader Experience is desirable but not essential as Dante will provide full training to successful candidates.
