Financial Accountant - Permanent Cork Job

Your new role The role will be focused on the accounts of an international entity (USGAAP). There is local support in the country and you will have the internal support of an experienced Manager. General Guide on Duties: Month end close and reporting on a global basis. Perform Financial Analysis and provide Analytics for Balance Sheet and Operating Expense accounts. Record complex journal entries. Ensure the ongoing implementation & integrity of all accounting transactions per agreed processes, procedures, and controls Analyze accounting processes and procedures for greater efficiency Prepare estimates and calculations of projected expenditures and quarterly allotments. Prepare schedules and support Financial and Sarbanes-Oxley audits Reconcile various systems and accounts. What you'll need to succeed You must be a Qualified Accountant, ACA, CPA, ACA with You must have SSC or MNC experience. You must have strong technical knowledge, business partnering and be able to exercise solid judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
