Payroll/Pension Coordinator - 6 Month FTC Perrigo have an exciting opportunity to join our Payroll Support Team in our Dublin HQ. This role supports the UK/IE Payroll Manager on all Payroll and Pension related duties and will be responsible for payroll processing and Pension Administration duties for multiple entities. This role will also assist the Payroll Manager in answering employee payroll inquiries for UK and IE. Main Duties / Responsibilities Partner with employees, supervisors and Human Resources to clarify payroll related issues, processes, and policy application. Stay current with UK and IE Payroll Legislation and UK Pension Administration Review communications HR Business Partners and insures appropriate processing by payroll vendor. Ensuring we stay compliant with UK pension enrollment, employee deductions and employer contributions. Processes monthly payroll for designated groups while maintaining the integrity of information in the ADP system and accuracy of payments. Analyze and import of Kronos time files, special pays, joiners, leavers, etc. Prepare Net Pay Analysis for Payroll Approval, HR BPs and Audit purposes. Serve as administrator for UK Pension Enrollments, Payment submission, Audits, employee and vendor queries. Provide payroll details as needed for Finance team including monthly GL files, bonus accrual reports, Eligible earning reports, etc. Complete VHI calculations. Experience Needed 1+ Years relevant experience Basic Knowledge of UK and IE Payroll laws and regulations. Established knowledge on UK and IE Pension laws and administration. Ability to learn multiple vendor systems and requirements. We do not require agency assistance on this role and will not accept any speculative CVs.
