POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Systems Accountant FP&A will work closely with key internal stakeholders to drive the successful set up implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Adaptive Insights budgeting forecasting and reporting platform The role plays a major part in enabling finance to deliver the highest level of customer service to internal stakeholders and ensuring the reporting delivered is accurate faster and provides valuable insight into our business KEY CONTACTS Internal Manager FP&A Group Finance Manager Group Manager Mergers & Acquisitions CFO Executive and Operations Management Team Business Segment Finance Teams External GK Horizon representatives Adaptive representatives McMillan Shakespeare Group Position Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management and delivery of Adaptive Insights build and release phases (Planning Reporting Integration Discovery) Manage internal stakeholders and individuals to ensure all required activities are actioned and completed on schedule Effective change management and communication across the project Engage and communicate with executive stakeholders strategic partners and third party development team Ongoing assessment and management of project risks Adaptive Insights administration and maintenance post implementation Deliver ongoing Adaptive Insights enhancements Management of chart of accounts mapping between JDE and Adaptive Insights Data loads from JDE and metrics from internal databases into Adaptive Insights on a monthly basis Ensure data issues are identified and addressed Create and maintain training and procedure documentation for Adaptive Insights users Functionality walkthrough and training for all Adaptive Insights users McMillan Shakespeare Group Position Description POSITION CRITERIA
