A successful Fintech / Services firm is seeking to add to their strong performing Finance function with the appointment of a Finance Manager resource.
Key Responsibilities;
Delivery of thorough, timely and commercially insightful monthly financials
Participation in company and divisional projects and transformation initiatives
Development of junior staff and adoption of company training initiatives
Provision of financial analysis and oversight of the firms data and statistical warehouses
Reporting to the SLT, Board
Key Requirements;
Big 4 grounding (advantageous)
Communicative, proactive and confident approach to match the firms collaborative culture
TM1 systems experience
APRA / Regulatory interface experience and knowledge of Australian Accounting standards
