• Manage the inventory of stocks
• Responsible for finalization of accounts and ensuring timely completion of statutory and internal audit as required by law and management
• Accountable for filing statutory returns as per VAT and Service Tax Act/Rules in UAE
• Co-ordination with statutory Auditors, tax consultants, etc.
• Attend/ respond to VAT/ Service tax authorities upon their notices/orders
• Responsible for book keeping and accounting functions independently including posting entire entries in accounting software
• Maintenance and keeping the accounting records/ books including proper filing of records
• Preparation of MIS and timely reporting to management
• Financial data for submission of tenders or as needed by the Company
• To visit clients/customers representing the company to collect and receive Company's debts /outstanding
• Banking operation and co-ordination
• Mail/Letter correspondences
• Other accounting functions as instructed by management from time to time
