Description

As a Part Time Bookkeeper / Accountant based in the Farnborough office you will be responsible for:

2-3 days a week and client is flexible on how days are covered

  • Completion of accounts to Trial Balance and provide information to external accountant to create the finalised statements
  • Liaise with external accountants when required
  • Purchase & Sales Ledger
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliations
  • Expenses
  • Cash management for all entities on a daily basis.
  • Consolidated cash flow
  • Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts on a weekly basis
  • Posting all bank payments/receipts for bank accounts.
  • Running online internet banking - All payments (International and home)
  • Managing external payroll provider
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Reconciling and maintaining the company accounts
  • Chasing outstanding sales invoices when required.
  • Accounting using the Sage system

    • Profile

  • Experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant
  • Experience covering the above responsibilities as closely as possible
  • Accounting Qualification or working towards one, however qualified by experience also fine
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Sage experience desirable but not essential
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • 2-3 days a week and client is flexible on how days are covered
