Legal Manager
Your new company
Hays is in partnership with a reputable company in the cinema business. Our client is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 1994 and it currently operates 30 cinemas across Hong Kong.
Your new role
You will play a major role in drafting and reviewing corporate and commercial contracts, including banking facilities document, license and distribution agreements, leases and China-related legal agreements, project contracts. You are expected to handle litigation, IP and trademark matters. You also have to provide professional legal advice and support on legal and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- University graduate with a law degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in listed companies
- Excellent communication and organization skills are highly regarded
- Fluency in both written and oral English and Chinese is required
