We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Business Administrator Executive.

Principal Responsibilities
The role of the Business Administrator Executive is to provide comprehensive secretarial, business & change management combined with top-notch administrative support to the Senior Executive [Chief Finance Officer (CFO)] through excellent planning, organizing and monitoring.

The Job Holder is expected to develop and maintain close working relationships with all sub-finance functions, the business change management and function across the Bank and able to communicate with all levels of staff from different cultural background, being expected to work relatively independently.
· Planning, organizing & monitoring the CFO and Global & Regional Finance members for their visit to Malaysia calendar & commitments schedule ensuring timely and effective business partnering.
· Provides comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CFO including administrative management of the CFO direct reports
· To assist in business & change management as assigned.
· Assisting CFO in coordinating strategic planning matters with businesses
· Assisting CFO in executing CFO's responsibility in monitoring /ensuring various compliance matters are adhered to by Finance staff eg completion of mandatory e-learning by the team
· Manages the CFO's appointments and engagement with senior management, regulators, rating agencies, analyst and fund managers, staff and customers as appropriate. Organise staff exchanges and take minutes for follow up action.
· Support the CFO in the management of key people engagement tasks.
· Support the CFO in various Finance department administrative matters to able her to focus and effectively carry out her role.
· Coordinate, organize, support or lead Finance related events, program, communication including change activities.

Qualifications
Requirements
· A minimum requirement of Bachelor' Degree is needed for the role.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance related functions
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Meticulous and detail-conscious.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
· Proficiency and previous experience in Event & Project/Change Management. .
