Job Description and Responsibilities

We're seeking a Project Manager to join the Audit Transformation Project team within the Deloitte China Audit Service Line. The Audit Transformation Project team is responsible for delivering a complex Project of change to successfully deliver our service line strategy. This role will focus on the management of the Delivery Center, Advisory in Audit and Innovation workstreams, which are defining the way Audit utilises a global network of delivery capabilities, the services that Audit delivers and the tools and technologies we use to deliver audits and other services.

Work you'll do

Your role will be assisting Project Director by performing project governance activities that adheres to Workstreams and Member Firm processes, standards and methodologies; supporting the successful delivery of programs undertaken through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in preparing and tracking project plan
• Prepare and maintain presentations, communication plans, business cases, reports and necessary documents are relevant, accurate and complete
• Work effectively to identify potential project risk and issues and arrange necessary remediation plan
• Coordinate regular team/stakeholder committee meetings, minute discussion and/or action items and track to closure
• Prepare information consolidation to conduct business analysis report on an ad-hoc basis
• Determine deliverable priorities and follow up in a timely fashion

Requirements

• 3 -5 years' experience in program / project management office in corporate firms
• Familiar iwth project management methodologies, e.g. PMP, Agile, Prince
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced level in using Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and SharePoint Site
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues independently
• Team player with detailed-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
