In-house Corporate Tax Manager

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing Corporation Tax Computations
• Preparing tax disclosures for financial accounts for a consolidated group;
• Ensuring all documents are ready for HMRC.
• Dealing with group tax affairs, such as group relief, companies limited by shares and companies limited by guarantee.
• Calculating payments on account and administering payments
• Reviewing quarterly and monthly VAT return
• Performing annual tax internal audits of each business at various different locations, and reporting to senior management.
• Contributing to new and ongoing projects to ensure tax efficiency is considered.
• Ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act Regulations, and HMRC deadlines
• Dealing with queries and providing advice on both tax and VAT matters.
• Corresponding with HMRC

Profile

Ideally need to be ACA / CTA qualified with experience in practice or industry.

Need to be competent and up-to-date in a Corporate tax related role.

A willingness to learn and build on their tax experience as well as excellent communication skills are also essential.

Job Offer

£45,000 - £50,000 + benefits + opportunity for career progression with exceptional tax team.
