Corporate Finance Analyst

Corporate Finance is a financial function within a multi billion pound infrastructure project. The department is also responsible for the group's long-term financial planning, managing the relationships with rating agencies, the group's financial communications, PR, and managing the investor relations function.

Midway through a multi-billion pound project to redefine the City of London's approach to waste, this company is a market leader in the infrastructure space. Based in London and about to move into final phase, there is a real buzz and excitement around the project with is inherent particularly within the Finance team who have worked tirelessly to get this project funded and off the ground.

Description

• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models across the portfolio
• Key project financial management including identifying areas for improvement
• Effectively communicate project progress at the board level utilising financial analysis and modelling metrics via presentations and written reports
• Support with capital raises as appropriate
• Financial Planning and Analysis

Profile

• Expert project finance, financial analysis and modelling skills

• 3 years' experience in investment banking, funds management or as a corporate finance analyst

• Excellent commercial acumen including contracts and negotiations

• Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively

• Degree level education plus a professional qualification
