Energy Business Analyst

Our clients, an international provider of Energy, and Energy Services, is seeking to recruit a Energy Business   Analyst, to assist the commercial and marketing teams develop new innovative strategies, commercial products and business lines based on R&D and case studies. Roles are available in Dublin and Cork and the successful Energy Business Analyst will work closely with an expanding commercial team of specialists and report to the Commercial Manager. To be considered for the role you must: Hold a Degree (level 8) in Engineering / Finance / Accounting (or similar) Have more than 4 years post graduate relevant experience. Have strong analytical skills. Have a keen commercial awareness and an acute business acumen. Be capable of generating technical and economic models and reports. Have an ability to identify deficiencies, analyse problems and propose/implement solutions. Have excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Be proficient in the English language (spoken and written). Have a track record of success. Ideally you will: Have experience working in a highly regulated and compliant environment. Have experience in the Energy sector (or related fields) Have strong negotiation skills. Be capable of managing diverse stakeholders. Have experience in documents management and control. Have an acute appreciation of commercial business. Be capable of managing multi-projects whilst ensuring all deadlines are met.
