Senior Manager, Operations, Asset management (buyside). Based in Beijing

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of fund operations and fund accountants for their multi-asset products such as private equity funds, hedge funds, fund of funds etc
• Ensure the daily operations workflows are run in a timely and smooth manner
• Collaborate with different departments for the overall product and operations efficiency
• Work closely with senior management to oversee the operations process, review and recommend process improvement and automation
• Participate in project and change for business enhancement
• Provide recommendations to the senior management for new operations policy and procedures

Key requirements

• At least 7 years of Fund Administration and Operations experience, candidates can be coming from fund services or buyside fund houses
• Indepth knowledge in fund operations, fund accounting experience with strong product knowledge
• Team management experience is preferred
• Project experience such as system enhancement and development is an advantage
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Flexible, multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
