BD Manager

Description • Manage and enhance ongoing partnership with issuing banks by building a solid relationship with point of contacts on multi levels and possessing robust working knowledge in the payment industry. • Align partner banks' business objectives with Amex strategy & goals in China, and collaborate with key stakeholders to explore, identify and implement new opportunities. • Drive Amex business growth in Card Member base, spend and profitability, and increase Amex share in partnering banks by collaborating with both stakeholders on both headquarter and branch levels. • Work with Regional & China marketing teams to streamline Card Member communications and promote Ames branding as well as offers focusing on premium experience and outbound spending stimulation. • Team up with internal LOBs & functional teams to deliver maximum value to bank partners. • Have the rigor to monitor, research & analyze the movements of key players in the payment industry. Qualifications • A team player with robust leadership and interpersonal skills for influence and impact • Solid knowledge of the China banking and payment industry • Analytical thinker, the ability to multi-task with strong result orientation • Strong communication skills (written & oral), articulate effectively at multiple levels • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Marketing. Preferably with the experience of overseas study • Native Chinese speaker with high fluency in English
