A well established Insurance business based in Essex are looking for a Compliance Assistant to work as part of their growing Operations Compliance team. The role will be responsible for:
Supporting the business in the control and operation of Delegated Authorities Agreements
Working with the team to provide advice, support and guidance on the KYC investigations and questionnaires
Playing a part in the oversight and quality assurance checking of Compliance records
Reviewing and renewing International Licences
Providing support for all Compliance projects within the department
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the business
To be considered for the role you should have good knowledge of the insurance market, especially the London markets, have experience within a similar compliance based role, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have excellent attention to detail. The chosen candidate will be educated to GCSE level and preferably have achieved or be working towards their FIT
