Income Officer

Income Officer required for Stockport area for 6 month contract.


Your new role
Your new role will involve managing a patch of properties of approx 1500 in relation to rent arrears. Your duties will include:
- Monitoring rent accounts
- Chasing rent arrears
- Repayment plans
- Preparing court paperwork
- Attending court

What you'll need to succeed
You're required to have experience carrying out an income recovery role in social housing including court work.

What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive a 6 month fixed term contract paying a competitive salary.
