An independent firm of accountants requires a Bookkeeper with experience gained within Professional Practice Accountancy. You should have worked as a Bookkeeper with firms of accountants on behalf of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies from a diverse range of industries. While relevant qualifications may be an advantage, experience is the key aspect. You will receive a competitive remuneration package commensurate with your level of experience and qualification.
This position is responsible for:
- Maintaining Purchase Ledger for clients
- Maintaining Sales Ledgers for clients
- Credit Control for clients
- Trial Balance for range of clients
- Resolving accounts queries
- Assisting with Payroll as required
- Supporting the accounting team as required
