Senior Business Analyst - Banking - Responsible Lending

My client is a leading Global Banking organisation with offices based in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

They currently have exciting opportunities available working on a greenfield' project which is just getting started.

This is a great time to get in to the project from inception and assist in shaping and scoping processes within the business side of the bank. My client are looking for Senior BA's that have had experience working within compliance/process change environments on the business side, in particular experience working with the Banking Code of Practice experience is highly desirable.

You will work as part of a large and high performing team of Business Analysts to deliver this large End to End piece of work, both strong team players are needed for this role, however you will hold individual ownership for your workload.

This is a high profile Program of work and you will gain exposure across the business - It is key that you have excellent stakeholder skills from a management perspective as well as strong negotiation skills and the ability to challenge the status quo.
