JOB PURPOSE


The resource will be responsible for end-to-end multiple processes service delivery for assigned clients in accordance with HRSG BPO’s service and quality standards. Responsible for retention and satisfaction of the assigned clients.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED 

ACCA

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

3-4 years related experience. Fresh graduates may also apply

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • This position is responsible to provide end to end services, including Payroll, Fund Management, Benfits Administration and Attendance Management, to the client.
  • Support management of service relationship with the client.
  • Facilitate the resolution of service issues internally and externally.
  • Facilitate the achievement of service satisfaction in the client base.
  • Identify operational opportunities for the client and HRSG BPO Services to maximize cost effectiveness in the given domain.
  • Attend to and resolve client(s) queries for service delivery related issues.

CORE SKILLS & ESSENTIALS TO MEET JOB EXPECTATIONS

  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication
  • Able to write client ready documents and ongoing communications
  • Holds basic Accounting Skills for reconciliation of invoices to the contracted values
  • Demonstrate active listening, critical thinking, sound judgment and persuasion skills
  • Fair experience/knowledge of HRO processes. Must have experience with matured automated systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint) multiple client systems and Internet.
