Your new role
Your exceptional problem solving and analysis skills will allow you to identify and gather requirements in relation to cost benefit, value, impact and sustainability. With a strong focus on creating outcomes, you will assess enhancements and new business accordingly. Throughout your extensive experience, you will confidently and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders with the purpose to build and maintain effective relationships. In order to encourage future growth and direction within the organisation, you will identify and utilise opportunities for professional development and positive engagement. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you will provide support and assistance in the development of strategic ICT documents.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful incumbent of the role, you will possess relevant qualifications within ICT industry in partnership with system / business related certifications. You will have demonstrated previous experience in developing, implementing and reviewing ICT strategic documents including plans and policies. Any skills and experience working with emerging technologies such as big data, AI, AR/VR and smart cities will be highly advantageous to your success with this role. Have previous experience leading teams within Agile and Waterfall methodologies to reach solutions.
