Senior Business Analyst role with experience in big data management

This large and dynamic Government organisation, driven by technology and improvement, is based in Sydney CBD.

Your new role
As Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for End to End analysis, perform feasibility study and discovery of the core data and infrastructure needs that will be required to establish an innovative scalable enterprise storage platform. You will analyse current business processes and functions to recognize Data storage inefficiencies and/or non-compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience and a thorough understanding of information and data management.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, assessing infrastructure requirements, discovery of department's core data.
• Excellent business analysis capability with technical know-how of establishing a big storage platform and management of the data.
• Experience in running scrum meetings and delivery oriented stand ups.
• Knowledge in and an ability to provide advice in the development of data storage solutions and road map to implement.
• Experience in working with multiple data storage systems such as Commvault.
