Financial Controller

• Develop financing models for the company developments and existing operating assets (including detailed cash flow modeling and scenario analysis) and propose appropriate finance structure.
• Support negotiation of loan documentation in co-ordination with Group Legal
• Liaise closely with banks and advisors in developing finance strategies
• Manage existing and new structured finance facilities with regards to financial covenant monitoring (including financial modeling) and other key covenants and undertakings Capital Structure
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the sources and uses of capital in new and existing projects
• Execute appropriate helping strategies to migrate risk cash & liquidity management
• Lead review of cash flow forecasts across the business, working closely with the Senior Management to understand drivers and variances and identifying funding requirements
• Design and implement new cash management reporting protocols
• Oversight of the treasury operations function for the company including payments, online banking, administration of bank accounts. DOAs and other controls and FX transactions
• Lead the review and mapping of current treasury processes and documentation of appropriate policies and procedures
• Support the implementation of the company treasury management system and the reporting outputs for retail as well as finance specific reporting tools
• Manage bank relationships at an operational level as well as regular interaction with banks at a strategic level
