Job Description:
• Posting Daily transaction and preparing daily weekly and monthly reports
• Management of petty cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
• Preparation of statutory accounts.
• Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist Account Manager during the preparation of any Creative Brief ensuring that it meets client's brief and budget.
2. Ensure all financial reports are updated and included in the dolphin system.
3. Ensure all reports including; status reports, quotes, delivery notes and invoices are sent and approved by client on a timely manner.
4. Prepare Job Requests/Amendment Requests and forward to traffic following approval by Account Manage/director.
5. Assist in research of all presentation material for all proactive initiative.
6. Ensure effective communication flows by maintaining regular contact internally and externally.
7. Perform regular quality checks with Account Manager before dispatching all material to client in a timely manner.
8. Assist Account Manager in execution for all client requests as per plan.
9. Inform Account Manager in any job coordination issues at an interdepartmental level and with client.
10. Participate in brainstorming session involving account team.
11. Undertaking all administration tasks.
12. Arranging and attending meetings.
13. Handle all inquiries from client in a timely and professional manner.
