What we are looking for
A multi skilled Senior Business Analyst with experience in a solutions delivery role. A client facing positon where you will have experience of delivering to Agile Methodology with demonstrable experience in business process re-engineering, process mapping and documentation. This role will require the successful candidate to gather business requirements; develop models and diagrams to describe current and proposed functionality across varied clients and projects. You will also apply your effective stakeholder engagement skills to interact with colleagues and clients on a regular basis to communicate business needs and provide direction in relation to process and strategy. We would ideally like you to have some project and change management skills to compliment your Business Analysis experience.

What you will do:

• Business process re-engineering, requirements gathering and process improvement
• Business and technical documentation to a very high level of competency and English
• Creation of training materials and workshop facilitation
• Change management of transitional projects
• Project Management of a variety of projects across industries
• Managing medium and or large projects as well as managing small to medium tasks, plans and proposals
• User acceptance testing activities and creation of monthly progress reports
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure client requirements and expectations are consistently managed

What we want:

• Experience in identifying business requirements and opportunities for business process re-engineering
• Excellent written and verbal skills to all internal and external stakeholders
• Strong management and people focused capabilities including facilitation of meetings and workshops
• Previous experience documenting technical requirements to a very high standard
• Project Management and Change Management skills as well as experience managing, leading and mentoring teams
• Excellent experience of Change Management within a variety of industries and project sizes
• Strong demonstrable experience working within a senior/lead business analysis role
• High level ability to articulate and present complex concepts clearly and concisely
• Practical experience with formal methodologies (eg BABOK, BPMN, ADKAR, PROSCI, Prince2, PMP, SCRUM)
• Ideally experience working in a consulting role or within a solutions delivery capacity
