We are are looking for a pro-active and highly organised motivated person who can manage our Service station at Rolleston,QLD. The responsibilities include managing all day-to- day activities within the Store & Post Office : sales, keeping stock levels, sending purchasing orders, communicating with our Director, entering payments and mentoring, supervising and managing our sales staff.

Duties Include but not limited to :

  • Review customer services.
  • Ensure other team member is aware of standard of quality of product required and also customer relations.
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback.
  • Maintain sound customer relations.
  • Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided.
  • Providing direction and feedback to other employee
  • Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services and marketing strategy.
  • Planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction,ensure increase in sales, and modify and improve services provided.
  • Liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
  • Assisting with administration.
  • Assisting with direct sales to customer.
  • Distributes marketing product and service literature to service agents and customers.
  • Report to management.
  • Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
  • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices.
  • Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services.
  • Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
  • Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
  • Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

The successful applicant should have:

 Diploma level qualification or Three years of experience
 Passion for customer service
 Knowledge of OH&S
 Happy and positive attitude
 Reliability
