We are currently seeking a self-motivated and highly organized individual to fill our Retail Manager position within our service station.

The core duties of the role will include but are not limited to:

Cash control including bank deposits and managing records of financial transactions

Formulating and implementing purchasing policies and applying prices

Provide exceptional customer service

Create a safe working environment and ensure that statutory compliances are adhered by.

Merchandising, marketing and stock management /recording sales

Processing and management of stock to maximize sales

Recording of all usage and wastage

Upkeep and cleaning of store and driveway areas

Liaising with suppliers, vendors, etc

Other duties that are required to run the business

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills

Proven reliability

Demonstrated ability to honestly and accurately handle cash transactions

Flexible to the changing needs of the business

Show initiative and enthusiasm
