My Client is an extremely well regarded manufacturing company located in Cork .They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll and Expenses specialist to join their expanding. The ideal professional will have at least 2 years' experience and will be able to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities include: • Processing, validation and payment of high volume weekly payrolls in accordance with company and statutory requirements for staff • Ensuring all payroll payments are accurate, timely & complete • Supporting payroll compliance in relation to remittances and filings to Revenue • Processing, payment and reporting of pensions, PRSA's and voluntary deduction schemes • Dealing with Leavers and Joiners + contractors • Ensuring that all information and data is recorded accurately and on time in the Financial System • Managing and monitoring company policies relating to Payroll • Efficiently dealing with queries from staff or other third parties • Processing travel and expenses claims using the expense system ensuring the payments are paid  accurately and timely in accordance with company and revenue regulations The successful candidate will have: • 4 years' experience within medium/large size company • Accounting Technician/ Payroll qualification • Have sound knowledge of PAYE/USC/PRSI & handling of social welfare payments • Computer skills: Excel- strong level required • Excellent communication skills •Knowledge of Core Payroll is beneficial • Demonstrate a diligent and methodical approach to tasks Benefits: Highly competitive salaries and benefits available with the company.
