Seeking an experience Assistant Accountant for our client whom is located in Dublin West This is a busy role and will suit someone that has ideally completed the Accounting Technician Qualification and / or has solid experience in a busy accounts assistant role Main duties will include: Maintain creditors ledger & the PO system Managing all suppliers and liaising with Suppliers in respect to disputed items, payments etc. Reconcile of all supplier statements. Processing all creditor payments using online banking Preparation of month end journals. Verifying & processing all staff expense claims Company credit card reconciliations Assisting Financial Controller and Financial Accountant with a variety of queries Key requirements / skills: IATI qualified and / or experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of AP & AR Strong reconciliation experience Strong attention to detail Good communication skills
