Transaction Services Manager LOCATION:  Dublin JOB TYPE:    Permanent SALARY:       Negotiable The Opportunity Excellent opportunity to work on growing Transaction Services team servicing a wide variety of existing and new clients. Ability and desire to work closely with clients required. The Role Undertake Advisory assignments, with a primary focus on Transaction Services Interact directly with clients and targets in the delivery of projects Possess strong communication skills, particularly with regard to written reports and presentations Manage relationships with clients and other business contacts and maintain focus on business development opportunities Work to deadlines and within budgets on projects Candidate Profile / Experience Qualified accountant with experience in a practice environment, post qualification experience in relevant area would be an advantage. A broad range of experience of working with SMEs across key business sectors Experience in challenging financial and non-financial aspects of businesses Ability to undertake focused research and form a view as to risks and opportunities for a business Financial modelling, including the preparation and interrogation of models including integrated profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow projections Strong report writing abilities Experience of working in a transaction based environment would be an advantage A keen interest in business is essential Please note only candidates that match the minimum job requirements above will be contacted for this role.
