About the role
The role of Business Support Lead, is a vitally important one within the Customer Growth (CG) division and it takes a talented person to take on this role. As a key member of the CG Leadership team you will report to the Director and partner with stakeholders of multiple levels across our organisation by providing project co-ordination and operational support to the Director and broader team. This diverse role has excellent opportunities to develop and build on existing corporate administration skills.
You will be required to attend meetings with the director, both review and assist in writing strategic documents, keep the Customer Growth leadership team up to date on key messages, not to mention the research and preparation involved for each of those meetings, calls, conferences, presentations, and interviews.
Your background

Demonstrated experience supporting a senior business leader and diverse teams
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to be confident with liaising with stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised, with an adaptable and flexible approach, to be able to manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience of both inbox and calendar management
Demonstrated experienced in coordinating an extensive calendar of travel
Experience coordinating projects, employee engagement and recognition programs preferred
Experience managing internal communications highly desirable
Microsoft Office suite - intermediate to advanced skills
Use of financial systems for account management/processing (desirable)
Tertiary qualifications in related field or equivalent experience (desirable)
