We Offer A challenging and exciting position as Senior Financial Manager within the COO organization of Human Resources (HR) You will provide Chief Human Resources Officer with due financial cost reporting as well as advice to support decision making and to enable effective cost management and control of the business You will partner with functional Business Managers on an advisory basis to ensure functions meet their targets, including identifying cost savings opportunities and efficiencies to reach cost targets You will support strategic business planning (5 years), financial planning (1 year) and cost center planning on an account level basis You will partner with Front Office COOs providing transparency around HR cost base and efficiency agenda and engaging in demand management and service level discussions You will run day-to-day financial management activities, including expense tracking (actual spend vs. budgets), booking of accruals, review of space allocation and charging, as well as headcount tracking and forecasting You will proactively monitor IT allocations to HR and allocations to front divisions from HR You will ensure that all financial processes are documented and financial controls are set up You will support the various strategic initiatives of the function (e.g. Workforce Strategy, Service Company Project etc.) You will prepare high quality presentations for the HR Executive Committee and other senior partners You will lead a team of 3 Financial Controllers based in Wroclaw Open to discussing flexible/agile working. You Offer Do you have at least 6 years of experience in controlling, accounting or financial management? Do you hold a university degree in business or finance? Do you possess strong analytical and quantitative skills? Do you like working with numbers and are able to translate numbers into relevant and meaningful data and messages? Do you know how to develop financial models? We are looking for previous experience with complex financial and budgeting processes and systems. We will appreciate sound knowledge of CS-specific systems, e.g., Peoplesoft GL, Global Book Manager, MyShop, MyT&E, Concur, MyCost, Know Your Supplier, etc. You present attention to detail and quality mindset. You present outstanding organisational and time management skills. You have experience in collaborating with virtual teams. You are dedicated problem solver and you are happy to take initiative to improve. You exhibit attention to detail, supreme documentation and analytical skills, and you are advanced user of Powerpoint & Excel. You are comfortable with your fluency in business English (both spoken and written), proficiency in German would be an advantage.
