An interesting business, with exciting growth plans, are recruiting a Credit Control Administrator to join their team.
Description
As a Credit Control Administrator, you will report into the Credit Manager, responsible for managing the amount of overdue debts to the business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: keeping overdue debts to a minimum by ensuring regular contact with customers and cash team to allocate prompt, correct payment; to respond to and effectively resolve customer queries via telephone, email.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have recent knowledge of working in a Credit Control/Billing function - Beneficial
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
