Head Office Accountant

In this role you will be responsible for the Head Office finances. This is a broad role covering all aspects of fiance and give you access to the senior management team.

My client is a rapidly expanding FMCG organisation seen as a leader in its field. The business is in the midst of significant growth and this role is is a new position born out of that growth.

Description

This Head Office Accountant role is a broad and varied position. Your responsibilities will include:

• Production of period management accounts. Agreeing inter-company balances. Oversee and develop systems of expenses and credit card. Prepare and submit European VAT reclaims
• Producing HO budget and analysis and trends as required
• Managing and reporting HO capex
• Day to day recording and monitoring Group cash balances. Trending and reporting as required
• Draft statutory accounts for HO companies
• Assist with sales analysis, analytical review and other information as required. Directors remuneration forms
• Analysis of head office costs and Group Operational Resource costs - re-charge operational support to OpCos

Profile

The successful candidate will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with a back ground in management and financial reporting. You will have strong communication skills and have exposure to finance software. The key thing will be a positive attitude to your work and the ability to find solutions in an ever changing environment.

Job Offer

£50,000 to £58,000 plus benefits
