Company : Azon Recruitment Group Title: Office Manager Azon Recruitment Group are looking for an Office Manager to join our expanding team base in our head office in Dublin 2 on a permanent basis. We are a fast-growing and award-winning Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will have prior experience in office management with exposure to Accounts/Bookkeeping and an ability to work independently. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Office Manager will play a key role in the day to day running of the business. This position requires an individual who wants to grow with the role and the role will offer the right candidate an opportunity to add value within a busy progressive environment. This role will suit a self-starter who enjoys working both autonomously and within a wider team. Most importantly, strong interpersonal skills are key. An Office Manager who is both obliging and assertive, who remains calm under pressure, will work very well in this role. The multi-faceted nature of the role requires a professional who is adept at prioritising and re-prioritising work and who is solutions oriented. Responsibilities: Overall daily management of the office Responsible for general office administration Ensure smooth day to day running of office Management of relationships with all 3 rd party suppliers (Phone/ Computers etc./IT etc) Meet and greet client visitors to the office Work closely with the managing director on ad hoc projects Accounts Responsibilities: Preparation and issuing of all invoices for the business Ensuring timely payment of all invoices Update and maintenance of Debtors and Creditors Ledger Monthly Reconciliation of bank, debtors, and creditors accounts Preparation of monthly reports to strict deadlines Management of Bank accounts Management of staff expenses Assist with month end closing Management of petty cash Ideal Candidate Strong Background in office management and administration Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel Some Experience working with accounting software packages Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required This is a terrific opportunity to work with a growing business in Dublin city-centre and will allow you to perform to the best of your abilities and receive training and support and encouragement.
