A growing business, “Muum Maam Barangaroo” is looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in our Restaurant in Barangaroo (Sydney NSW).

Salary Full-time Chef $50k - $60k + Super

The Role

Duties include but not limited to:

· Planning of the Chef special menu

· Maintaining sufficient stock level and dealing with suppliers

· Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy

· Instruct cooks on preparation, cooking and garnishing of food

· Recruiting and training new staff

· Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety in regards to equipment, dining area and kitchen area

To be successful in this role you will have:

· Previous experience in a similar position;

· Working knowledge of Health Department Safe Food Handling Practice Act;

· Must have a relevant Qualification.
