Page Personnel Finance are recruiting a Senior Management Accountant for a 12 month fixed term contract (to cover maternity leave) in North Nottingham (commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield and Sheffield).

Our client is a large US owned manufacturing business, and its head office is in Nottingham.
Description
The Senior Management Accountant will be reporting into the Financial Controller, and will be responsible for various duties, which will include, but will not be limited to:
- supervising a team of 3 in finance
- producing the monthly management accounts
- producing monthly budget variance reports
- daily sales analysis and reporting
- review expenditure against budget, and liaise with budget holders
- calculate sales commission reconcile balance sheet accounts
- maintain the fixed asset register
- manage the bank accounts
- assist with preparing the annual budget
- submission of VAT returns
- assisting with cash flow forecasting
Profile
To apply for this role you will:
- have experience of producing monthly management accounts
- have previously managed, supervised or mentored others
